For ready stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.

For pre-order items, orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks after order confirmation. Please note that pre-order items are specially arranged and reserved for individual customers; therefore, they are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
